Intelligent Ajax Socket (type F) in the security system

Ajax Socket is a radio–controlled smart socket with a built-in power consumption meter. Structurally, this is a European-type socket-plug adapter (Schuko type F), which allows you to control the power supply of devices with a total load of up to 2.5 kW. It is equipped with protection against energy consumption meter, overload and loading level indication. Ajax is connected to the security system using a secure Jeweller radio protocol with a communication range of up to 1000 meters in the absence of interference to the control panel. The operation of the smart socket does not depend on the Wi-Fi signal in the room, Ajax Socket continues to work without stable Internet. The Ajax Socket smart socket turns on and off the power supply according to automation scenarios or at the user’s command via the Ajax mobile application. With the help of Socket, you can control the equipment remotely: turn on and off lighting devices, start climate equipment and household appliances. Socket protects the equipment from damage that causes problems in the power grid. The smart socket automatically turns on the power supply if the voltage has decreased or increased to a critical level, if the permissible current parameters are exceeded or the device overheats. Event notifications are sent to security system users in the form of SMS or push messages to the owner’s mobile phone. The intelligent Ajax Socket socket is convenient to use: the LED color indicates the load level, while the device consumes less than 1 Wh in standby mode. The Socket housing is compact and does not overlap adjacent slots in sockets, which allows you to use all the connectors of the splitter or network filter. The so—called protection from children is provided – special curtains close the sockets with contacts, blocking the access of foreign objects, and additionally protecting the device from splashes and dust. Socket works only with Ajax Hub, and connects to the security system in a few steps in the Ajax application. Connection to uartBridge or ocBridge is not supported. The intelligent Ajax Socket (type F) is protected from tampering to sabotage.
